The Organizations’ Night and Street Party, entitled “Meet and Greet at the Street”, was held last August 4, 2017 at the PGH Court as one of the events part of the UPCM Freshmen Orientation Program (FOP) 2017 for the benefit of Class 2022.
This annual FOP event aims to acquaint the freshies with the organizations of the UP College of Medicine. The Orgs’ Night commenced with the performances of the different FOP teams of Class 2022, beginning with Ancients, followed by Royals, Pioneers, Visionaries, Wildlings, and Legions. Various talents in singing, dancing, and acting inspired by their team’s “time period” were showcased by the freshies. Medicine Student Council (MSC) Chair Anna Cruz, Jana Negre, and FOP Head Rafael Cancino served as the judges.

The whole UPCM community has been abuzz for the past months in anticipation for the arrival of its newest members, UPCM 2021, Intarmed 2023, and MD-PhD 2024. Class 2020, together with the UPCM administration, the Medicine Student Council, and the different organizations, fraternities, and sororities of the college, started their preparations early this year for the many events of the “Take-off: Freshman Orientation Program 2016”.

The various student organizations of the UP College of Medicine, together with this year's Freshmen Orientation Program (FOP) organizers, Class 2019, and their co-presenter MIMS, welcomed Class 2020 through the annual Org's Night and Street Party, last August 7, 2015.
The evening began in the Basic Science Lecture Room – East (BSLR-E) with the program themed Epidaurus, the most beautiful and best-preserved theatre among all ancient halls, following the FOP's Ancient Greece theme.
