UP College of Medicine Class 2019 bagged first prize in Mediscene 2017: Hero, held last March 17th 2017 at the PGH Science Hall from 630 pm to 1130 pm. Hosted by the UP Medicine Student Council, heroism was the theme of this year’s much-awaited annual theater competition.
Ventrilokiya AF, the production of UPCM Class 2019, took first place with its modern twist on well-known Filipino heroes. Second prize went to Class 2021’s Demonyo Man May Langit Din, that tackled the often violent issue of land reform. Finally, second runner-up was Class 2023’s Si Mabait, an engaging tribute to the little guys whose heroic sacrifices for science are often overlooked.

Class 2019 emerged as the champions of this year's CrossTalk, the interclass medical debate tournament, held November 4 and 11, 2014 at the Basic Science Lecture Rooms (BSLR). The opposition side claimed victory over Class 2018 in the final round by a mere one-point margin.
The motion being debated was "This house believes that doctors have the moral responsibility to assist fully consenting, terminally ill adults in ending their lives."

UPCM Class of 2019 celebrated the end of Freshmen Orientation Program (FOP) with hosts UPCM Class 2018 in a big celebration entitled “Apocalypse: The Legend Ends” at the rooftop of Mayfair Tower along U.N. Avenue last August 15, 2014, Friday. Both classes partied the night away with overflowing drinks and an endless stream of music as they concluded weeks of preparation for the newest members of the UP College of Medicine.

“Amazing” was the word on everyone’s minds at the Freshmen Orientation Program (FOP) 2019 Street Party held at the UP College of Medicine Biochemistry Basketball Court last August 8, 2014. Following the Orgs Night program, the venue was quickly jam-packed with the happy faces of the newest batch of future doctors, Class 2019.

Over a hundred of the UP College of Medicine’s newest members, Class 2019, filled the UPCM BSLR-East last afternoon of August 5, 2014 as Sophomore Class 2018 officially launched its Freshman Orientation Program (FOP) with a Legends of the Hidden Temple-themed Welcoming Ceremonies.
